Technofied repair lead time for my water-damanged HP Envy, which needed a motherboard and screen replacement, was 7 working days (lengthier than average due to clearly communicated complications). I felt that the price quoted and lead time was competitive, probably a lot faster, and less expensive than going to the official HP service centre. Only area of improvement would be their proactiveness in following up, as I felt that it was slow, and only forthcoming if you call them for regular updates.

I wrote to praise Technofied IT Support team for their excellent services; Their technical knowledgeable was somewhat very impressive to me, and the ability to quickly assess and fix our computers within an acceptable period was worth engaging their services.
